-1 çimdik tuz
İçi için;
-150 gr yağsız dana kuşbaşı
-1 küçük soğan
-1 küçük havuç
-1 küçük kapya biber
-çeyrek kereviz(şart değil ben sevdiğim için kullandım.)
-2 yk domates rendesi
-karabiber,kırmızı biber.
Et ve sebzeler tavla zarı büyüklüğünde kesilir.Tencere ısıtılır ve etler içine alınır.Suyunu salıp çektiğinde soğan eklenir.Soğan kavrulduğunda sebzeler ve domates rendesi eklenir.üzerini örtecek kadar sıcak su eklenerek etler yumuşayana dek pişirilir.Baharatlar ilave edilir.
Hamur malzemesi iyice çırpılır.Tava kızdırılıp ince krepler pişirilir.(büyük tavada 2 adet çıktı.)
Her bir krebin içine et paylaştırılır ve krep zarf şeklinde kapatılıp kürdanla tutturulur.
Fırın tepsisine yağlı kağıt serilerek börekler dizilir.üzerlerine yumurta sarısı sürülerek çörekotu serpilir.
200 derecede üzerleri kızarana dek pişirilir.

NOT:İç malzemesinde sadece et,soğan ve domates rendesi kullanarak atak ve SP günlerinde de yiyebilirsiniz.
